Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering / Senior Product Manager to lead technology strategy, product engineering, platform modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• The role requires a strong technology leader who can manage large engineering teams, drive product delivery, build scalable architectures, and align technology initiatives with business objectives across multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals
• Lead engineering teams across multiple products and platforms
• Drive platform modernization using cloud-native and microservices architectures
• Establish engineering best practices for quality, security, scalability, and performance
• Manage the complete software development lifecycle from design to deployment
• Implement Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices to improve delivery efficiency
• Oversee development of eCommerce, procurement, ERP integration, and analytics platforms
• Lead cloud infrastructure strategy across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards
• Drive AI/ML, automation, and innovation initiatives across products
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Delivery, and Business teams to define technology priorities
• Manage technology partners, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Mentor engineering managers, architects, developers, QA, and DevOps teams
• Establish technology KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 12 20 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership
• Strong experience leading large-scale engineering and product teams
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Expertise in microservices, API-first architecture, and distributed systems
• Experience managing enterprise applications, SaaS products, or digital platforms
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and software delivery processes
• Experience with ERP integrations, procurement systems, or eCommerce platforms
• Exposure to AI/ML, automation, and analytics-driven products
