Product Marketing Manager – K–5 ELA

A mission-driven EdTech company is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing efforts for its K–5 ELA portfolio.
This is an ideal role for an experienced product marketer with a deep understanding of literacy education and the evolving needs of schools and districts. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Sales, and Curriculum—to position new solutions, communicate impact, and equip educators with tools that support learning outcomes.

What You’ll Do:
- Own and drive go-to-market strategy and launch plans for K–5 ELA products
- Define product messaging, competitive positioning, and buyer personas
- Create compelling content to support awareness, adoption, and retention
- Collaborate with Sales and Strategic Marketing to align campaigns and product narratives
- Build sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, brochures, and training assets
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform product planning and messaging
- Represent Product Marketing in cross-functional meetings and planning sessions
- Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to optimize future strategy
- Travel to key events and conferences (up to 30%)
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years in product marketing, preferably in K–12 EdTech or literacy curriculum
- Expertise in crafting messaging, positioning, and sales content for education buyers
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence across teams
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with shifting priorities
- Familiarity with K–12 buying cycles, funding models, and adoption processes
