Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel automated customer communication strategies, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Manage and optimize ad spend across platforms like Google, Bing, Meta, and TikTok to generate high-quality leads and conversions.
- Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) using tools like Unbounce and VWO, leveraging A/B and multivariate testing to enhance site performance.
- Create and automate email marketing campaigns—including transactional emails, newsletters, promotional outreach, and drip campaigns—to nurture and engage customers.
- Implement revenue-driving monetization strategies, identifying new opportunities to expand marketing impact.
- Lead content creation and curation, producing compelling blog posts, videos, and social media assets to enhance engagement.
- Monitor and optimize email and SMS deliverability, ensuring maximum reach and conversion.
- Design and implement marketing automation workflows, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to boost revenue.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics, extracting actionable insights to refine digital marketing strategies.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing, paid advertising, AI applications, and automation to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to align digital initiatives with overall business goals.
Qualifications
-Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in paid advertising, SEO, SEM, CRO, email marketing, and social media.
-Hands-on proficiency with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Customer.io, WordPress, Zapier, Salesforce and Jira.
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and drive strategic decisions.
-Experience in low-code/no-code automation is a plus.
-Knowledge of AI-driven marketing trends and their applications in digital campaigns.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
-Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
-Results-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
-Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
