MOGEL is partnering with a fast-growing and mission-driven EdTech leader to recruit a Director of Product Marketing focused on K–12 Core Math solutions. This is a high-impact, strategic role for a marketing leader passionate about transforming the way math is taught and learned.
About the Opportunity
As the Director of Product Marketing, you’ll be the force behind go-to-market strategy, customer insights, and campaign execution for a portfolio of math products used by educators and students across the U.S.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive strategic marketing planning and execution for a portfolio of K–12 Core Math products.
- Lead and mentor a team of product marketers focused on launch strategies, positioning, and market growth.
- Own messaging and differentiation by leveraging competitive and market research.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans in both adoption and open territory states.
- Create marketing content and sales tools that clearly communicate product value to diverse audiences.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Curriculum, and Customer Success teams to align on business objectives and customer needs.
- Translate product strategy into high-impact marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Support sales enablement through training, collateral, and competitive insights.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in EdTech or curriculum development.
- Deep understanding of the K–12 market; experience with core math programs is strongly preferred.
- Proven success leading marketing strategy for digital or blended learning products.
- Experience managing teams and collaborating across departments in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional storytelling, positioning, and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and campaign performance.
- Comfort with tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%; must be U.S.-based.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $150,000–$165,000 annually, plus potential performance-based bonuses.
