As Director of Product Marketing, you’ll oversee a high-impact portfolio of instructional solutions—driving market growth, increasing customer retention, and elevating how educators and districts engage with core, supplemental, and service-based products.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of product marketers across a portfolio that includes Courseware, Instructional Services, and Supplemental programs
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches, lifecycle marketing, and bundling opportunities
- Collaborate with Product Management to conduct market research and define buyer personas, key messages, and product positioning
- Work closely with Sales and Field Enablement to align product messaging, training, and sales tools
- Partner with Strategic Marketing on integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and support customer acquisition
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships across product, marketing, curriculum, and customer success teams
- Monitor and assess product performance to inform roadmap prioritization and revenue-driving initiatives
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in K–12 EdTech
- Proven success managing and mentoring a marketing team
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with Sales, Product, and Curriculum leaders
- Excellent writing, presentation, and data storytelling skills
- Deep knowledge of the K–12 education market and digital learning trends
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
