The role includes developing, managing, and executing content and email campaigns, managing CRM systems, and analyzing campaign performance to drive engagement, brand visibility, and lead nurturing. The Manager will collaborate across departments to deliver high-impact messaging and optimize marketing operations.
What you will do:
Email Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, write, and deploy email campaigns that engage audiences and support lead nurturing efforts.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns, achieving improvements in open rates, CTR, and deliverability.
Content Management
- Manage existing content, refreshing and repurpose as needed.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce collateral aligned with strategic marketing goals.
Channel Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the Channel Chief to support marketing initiatives targeting existing and prospective partners
- Assist in developing and executing partner recruitment campaigns, including email marketing and digital outreach
- Create and manage content tailored for partner communications, including newsletters, onboarding materials, and sales enablement assets
- Support partner registration efforts and maintain accurate CRM tracking of partner status and engagement
- Plan and execute dedicated partner email campaigns to drive participation, promote new programs, and boost engagement
- Assist in laying the foundation for a partner MDF (Market Development Fund) program, including process design, content support, and performance tracking
CRM Management & Optimization
- Oversee CRM database segmentation and campaign automation within the CRM to streamline workflows and improve campaign efficiency.
- Ensure data hygiene and campaign tracking accuracy to support reporting and analysis.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Track engagement metrics to refine strategies and inform future content planning.
General Marketing Backup
- Provide backup support to the Marketing Director and assist with other marketing tasks as needed.
What You Bring to This Role:
- Minimum of three years’ professional experience in a marketing or communications role with a strong focus on email and CRM
- Demonstrated success in improving email marketing performance and CRM efficiency
- Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing systems, and marketing analytics
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a deadline-driven environment
- Diploma or undergraduate degree
- Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite – Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Zoho CRM is preferred
- Understanding of the B2B sales process and experience marketing software solutions is a plus
- Must be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or EAD Card Holder
