The role includes developing and delivering strategic content, digital programs, and demand generation initiatives to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and website performance. The Director will be responsible for content strategy, video initiatives, webinar execution, website oversight, trade show strategy, marketing vendor relations, and full ownership of the Lead Engine / CRM. This role focuses on strategic direction, performance optimization, and revenue alignment. The candidate will need to be proficient in CRM platforms, website tracking tools, and marketing analytics systems.
What you will do:
Create Content
• Develop strategic content initiatives that support pipeline growth and revenue objectives
• Take complex technical concepts, ideas, and features and turn them into compelling Blogs, Whitepapers, Articles, Video scripts, Webinar content, and Web copy
• Own content performance analysis and pipeline impact reporting; present insights to the marketing team and recommend areas of improvement
• Partner with sales and executive leadership to align messaging with business growth objectives
Drive Website Presence & Digital Strategy
• website strategy, performance, updates, and optimization to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions
• Lead SEO/AEO/GEO-focused initiatives and ongoing website improvements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure site accuracy, messaging consistency, and performance tracking
Video & Webinar Strategy
• Own webinar strategy and execution, including topic development, positioning, coordination, and post-event performance analysis
• Develop and guide video initiatives to support product marketing, thought leadership, and sales enablement
Trade Show Strategy
• Own trade show strategy, messaging, positioning, and overall campaign alignment to maximize pipeline impact
• Align pre- and post-event marketing strategy to ensure measurable revenue contribution
Marketing Vendor Relations
• Manage relationships with marketing vendors and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with company objectives
Be the “Lead Leader”
• Own and optimize the Lead Engine, including CRM strategy, lead scoring framework, routing logic, and lifecycle management
• Drive reporting clarity and funnel visibility from Lead => Qualified => Marketing Qualified Lead
• Use CRM and analytics platforms to improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency
You will also manage our Marketing Manager who is focused 50% on Channel initiatives and support
This role is 100% remote ,home office based with occasional travel required
What You Bring to This Role:
• Minimum of three years’ professional experience in a relevant marketing, business, or communications role in a corporate or agency environment.
• Proven experience leading strategic marketing initiatives that impact pipeline and revenue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn technical concepts and features into compelling content across multiple formats including video and webinars.
• Superior project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience managing CRM systems and marketing technology platforms; Zoho experience preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable marketing improvements
• Ability to deal with uncertainty and formulate workarounds to get the job done – being resourceful while following all Company policies and standards
• Diploma or undergraduate degree
• Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite – Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate level).
• Working proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and HTML
• An understanding of the Data Center Industry and Telecom industries
• Sales process of B2B IT/OEM software solutions to corporate decision-makers
• Demonstrated ownership of content strategy, website management, CRM optimization, webinar programs, and marketing vendor coordination
• Must be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or EAD Card Holder.
