Who We Are Looking For
You’re the right fit if you’re a skilled product designer with 4–6+ years of experience creating elegant, intuitive experiences in consumer tech or e-commerce. You have a sharp eye for polished interaction and visual design and can translate complex journeys—like loyalty, personalization, and concierge services—into thoughtful, end-to-end flows.
You’re fluent in Figma, comfortable with responsive layouts and design systems, and confident presenting design rationale to cross-functional teams. You thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments and know how to balance user needs with business goals.
Bonus points if you have experience in fashion, luxury, or multi-brand marketplaces—and if you’re excited to help redefine what “great UX” means in premium shopping.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end design discovery and execution across high-impact product surfaces (homepage, PDP, concierge, loyalty)
- Translate product strategy into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that are delightful to users and seamless for devs
- Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers, serving as a design bridge between team vision and end users
- Deliver high-quality design specs, handle design QA during implementation, and iterate based on user feedback
- Apply and evolve our design system across platforms (web + app)
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6+ years of product design experience in consumer tech or e-commerce
- Excellent interaction and visual design skills with a polished, modern aesthetic
- Experience designing complex consumer journeys end-to-end (bonus: loyalty, personalization, shopping journey)
- Strong grasp of design systems, UX patterns, responsive layout, and Figma workflows
- Strong communicator with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly to stakeholders
- Fast-paced startup mindset—scrappy, iterative, and not afraid of ambiguity
Bonus Points
- Experience working with fashion, luxury, or multi-brand marketplaces
- Experience running end-to-end user research or usability tests independently
- Fluency in Mandarin a plus
