About the Role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive demand generation efforts and execute marketing campaigns that attract and nurture leads. You'll work closely with our Go-to-Market team to increase brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support key marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with experience in B2B SaaS, digital marketing, and marketing automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Campaign Execution – Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social media, and content distribution.
🔹 Lead Nurturing – Support lead generation and nurture programs, including segmentation strategies and automation workflows to move leads through the funnel.
🔹 Marketing Automation & CRM – Help manage and optimize HubSpot and CRM systems to track leads, analyze campaign performance, and improve engagement.
🔹 Event & Webinar Support – Assist in planning and promoting webinars, virtual events, and industry conferences to attract and engage prospects.
🔹 Content Promotion – Work with content and product marketing teams to distribute assets that drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
🔹 Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor key marketing metrics, create performance reports, and provide insights for optimization.
🔹 Sales & Marketing Alignment – Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and track marketing-sourced opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or related fields (preferably in B2B SaaS or technology).
✅ Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce.
✅ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and optimize marketing data.
✅ Hands-on experience in social media, email marketing, paid media, SEO, and content promotion.
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
✅ A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for learning and innovation.
✅ Experience in the Microsoft 365, DevOps, or AI-driven SaaS space is a plus!
