Senior Marketing Manager

We’re a leading moving company based in London, specializing in residential and commercial relocations, packing services, and storage solutions. As our business expands, we’re looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to take our brand, lead generation, and customer engagement to the next level.

🧠 What You’ll Do

1. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Run multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)

• Manage paid ad budgets and optimize for conversions

• Improve SEO to boost organic traffic

• Build lead magnets and landing pages

2. Content & Social Media

• Create engaging blog posts, videos, and moving tips

• Grow social media presence (FB, IG, etc.)

• Work with designers to develop creative assets

3. Email Marketing & Automation

• Set up email funnels (newsletters, promos)

• Segment audiences and personalize content

4. Analytics & Strategy

• Track performance (conversion rates, CPL) via Google Analytics, Meta Ads

• Conduct competitor research and propose new growth ideas

5. Local Market Adaptation

• Tailor global campaigns for UK and other markets (e.g., Dubai)

• Identify local trends and partnerships (expat groups, real estate firms)

📌 Who You Are

✅ 2+ years in digital marketing

✅ Strong English communication skills (B2+ or higher) – you’ll write copy for ads, emails, and reports

✅ Proven results (e.g., “Increased traffic by 40%,” “Cut CPL by 25%”)

✅ Hands-on experience with:

• Google & Meta Ads

• SEO tools

• Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)

✅ Creative mindset with a data-driven approach

✅ Able to work independently and meet deadlines

🎯 Bonus Points

• Canva or Figma skills

• Experience in moving, logistics, or real estate
