The Projects Coordinator performs a key role on our marketing team, coordinating team processes, ongoing projects, and managing all marketing resources and collaterals. This individual maintains close contact with the other team members, is a contact point for other departments, and communicates with external vendors and partners. You should be disciplined and self-motivated to take initiatives and have good English language skills.

What will you do at MMDSmart?

• Management and fulfillment of projects, coordinating project related tasks, meeting deadlines until project completion
• Coordination of marketing task request process, including interface, persistent communication, and support to other teams
• Ownership of marketing databases including product manuals, videos, documentation, brand guide, and training resources
• Coordination of events and conferences including communications with organizers, booth design and creation, materials production, and pre and post event processes
• Production of marketing materials - research and identify vendors including print contractors, graphic and audio-visual designers, and merchandise suppliers.
• Management of inventory and distribution of marketing collaterals, and giveaways.
• Coordination of customer marketing communications via CRM (HubSpot) including monthly newsletters, new product launches, platform updates, and special offers
• Analyze results and develop best practices for effective processes

Requirements

You are a perfect match if you have:

• Prior experience in project management - preferably with tools like Jira, Agile, Scrum
• Prior experience in event and materials production. Social media experience is a plus
• Self- motivated, organized, creative, responsible, results- oriented
• Team player. Derives satisfaction from team and company success
• Can assimilate input from varied sources and concurrently manage multiple processes
• Determined to succeed - Won't take "no" for an answer
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Suitable work from home environment
