Job Title: UX/UI Designer IV

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer IV to join a dynamic team responsible for crafting engaging, user-centric digital products. In this role, you will have a hands-on influence in designing business-facing applications, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of all visual and interactive elements. You will collaborate closely with creative directors, marketing, engineering, and product teams, driving the delivery of intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that align with business goals and technical constraints. Your expertise will contribute to shaping innovative digital experiences that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 8+ years of UI and visual design experience within a digital agency or product team
• A portfolio demonstrating recent mobile and web-based product designs, including e-commerce projects
• Expertise in designing system-wide digital design systems and visual elements like iconography, symbols, and data visualization
• Strong typographic skills and typesetting expertise
• Deep understanding of cross-platform web/mobile usability standards and UI specifications
• Proven ability to create pixel-perfect, scalable user interfaces and prototypes using design tools such as Figma
• Experience in usability, accessibility, and inclusive design standards
• Ability to lead projects from conceptualization through to final production assets
• Excellent collaboration skills with copywriters and stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience designing for email and browser technology limitations
• Knowledge of AI use-cases in design and content integration
• Experience with responsive design for mobile sites, tablets, and apps

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 8+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products, especially in fast-paced, agile environments
