UI Designer

UI Designer

We’re seeking a proactive UI Designer to deliver polished, human-centered digital experiences in an agile product development environment. This role is deeply collaborative, requiring close partnership with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate complex requirements into visually precise and user-validated interfaces. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced setting and has a strong foundation in usability testing, design systems, and iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

– Own the design process from intake through final delivery, using Figma to execute high-quality interface solutions

– Conduct and synthesize usability tests to validate and refine design decisions

– Collaborate with researchers to incorporate qualitative and quantitative insights into your work

– Facilitate design critiques, share progress proactively, and manage stakeholder expectations

– Partner with product and engineering to scope and prioritize work, ensuring feasibility and alignment throughout the development cycle

Qualifications

– 5+ years of experience delivering user-centered designs in an agile product team

– Advanced Figma proficiency, with a strong grasp of design systems and prototyping

– Demonstrated ability to run usability tests and translate findings into design improvements

– Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

– Experience with B2B, ecommerce, complex technical domains, or two-sided platforms is a plus

– Familiarity with service design principles or quantitative data analysis is a bonus

– Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
