Job Title: Senior UX Designer

Overview:

You will lead end-to-end design efforts, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver intuitive, impactful solutions. Required Skills:

• 7+ years of UX design experience with a robust portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
• Deep knowledge of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Proven experience leading UX projects and working closely with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills to translate complex needs into elegant design solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
• Experience with usability testing and data-driven design approaches
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML/CSS) is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Nice to Have Skills:

• User research experience including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and feedback analysis
• Experience developing and implementing design systems
• Knowledge of geo-based imagery navigation, 3D model interaction, ESRI tools, Machine Learning/Computer Vision, or drone flight planning
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment
• Designing for accessibility standards such as WCAG and Section 508

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred
• 7+ years of professional UX design experience in a similar industry or environment

• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
