We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with deep experience in marketing and customer analytics to support data-driven decision-making across paid media and customer growth initiatives. This role is responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, performing advanced analysis, and delivering insights that shape marketing strategy and performance. The ideal candidate is independent, analytical, and collaborative, with a strong command of SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
Responsibilities
– Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor paid media performance and customer behavior
– Use SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data from advertising platforms, internal systems, and third-party APIs
– Analyze customer and product-level data to support funnel optimization, lifetime value (LTV) analysis, and retention strategies
– Work with data from platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media sources
– Define and track KPIs including CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and cohort-based metrics
– Create interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio, or ThoughtSpot
– Collaborate with marketing, product, and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable analytics solutions
Qualifications
– 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a strong focus on paid media and customer data
– Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation
– Hands-on experience working with Google Ads and Meta Ads data
– Expertise in dashboarding and data visualization using Tableau, Google Data Studio, or ThoughtSpot
– Proven ability to work with data from multiple sources and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
– Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
