  • Coordinate engineering resources to produce conceptual designs that support estimating and pursuits
  • Provide engineering support to business development during project pursuits
  • Contribute to development and continuous improvement of engineering standards, methods, processes, and procedures
  • Train and mentor less experienced team members; ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions
  • Establish and maintain document control practices; ensure compliance with applicable requirements and standards
  • Manage and/or coordinate QA/QC processes for design deliverables
  • Plan and coordinate on-site field surveys; collect and deliver design and engineering data
  • Assist with early procurement leveling efforts to support project execution
  • Review and critique construction documents efficiently for quality, completeness, and constructability
  • Collaborate on MEP system design considerations, calculations, codes/standards, and cost implications
  • Develop design work plans, break down tasks, and distribute workload across the design team

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Science, or equivalent technical training and related experience
  • 6+ years of progressive engineering or construction management experience
