About the Role:

We’re hiring an Applied Data Scientist with 5+ years of professional experience, focused on designing, developing, and delivering AI/ML solutions for enterprise environments.

This role requires someone with startup experience who thrives in fast-moving environments.

This position requires U.S. work authorization; only U.S. citizens or permanent residents will be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage end-to-end data science projects aligned to business and product objectives
• Design and build machine learning applications on our platform, translating requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Solve a diverse range of ML challenges across industries (finance, healthcare, marketing, energy, e-commerce, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams to design and deliver robust solutions
• Attend select client meetings to gather requirements and help define product and solution roadmaps
• Stay current on innovations in data science and apply them to practical use cases
• Become an expert on our AI platform and contribute to its evolution Thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience solving real-world ML problems in business settings
• Hands-on experience with ML, LLMs, RAG, and Python — all are required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with enterprise stakeholders
• Demonstrated career stability (no frequent job hopping)
• Startup experience is required; you are comfortable with high-velocity work environments
• Domain knowledge in finance is a plus
