About The Position
We are looking for Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for ecosystem products. The ideal candidate is experienced in shaping product positioning, implementing go-to-market strategies, and leveraging customer insights to drive product growth.

Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage product marketing timelines, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure that deadlines are met and all deliverables are completed as planned
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing research to track competitor activities and market trends, leveraging insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Customer Needs Research: Conduct research to identify customer needs and preferences through surveys, interviews, and data analysis, ensuring products and strategies align with customer expectations.
- Value Proposition and Positioning Development: Define and articulate the unique value of the product, ensuring clear and compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience.
- Strategy Development & Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine product marketing strategies, ensuring they are data-driven, responsive to customer feedback, and aligned with market trends to maintain competitiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies and successful product outcomes
- Data Analytics: Conduct comprehensive data analysis and research to extract actionable insights, guiding strategic decisions and enhancing business performance.
- CRO and A/B Testing: Lead initiatives to enhance conversion rates by designing and executing A/B tests, analyzing results, and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize user experience and maximize product adoption. [bonus]
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, brand marketing, ecom or a related role within D2C and/or healthcare industries.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to craft compelling messaging and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to inform strategic decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Project Management: Experience in managing cross-functional projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely execution of marketing projects.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Go-to-Market strategy execution: Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, launch planning, and competitive analysis to drive adoption and revenue growth.
Details
The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours and occasional overlap with the US team.
