About The Position
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help scale existing acquisition channels, test new growth opportunities, and lead international market expansion.
This role is for a well-rounded, hands-on growth marketer who can own strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is analytical, independent, strong in measurement, comfortable working with creative and influencer teams, and able to use AI tools to move faster.
The main focus will be on improving NCROAS, CAC, and incremental growth across priority channels and markets.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in DTC e-commerce growth marketing, paid acquisition, performance marketing, or international growth at a company with $10M+ ARR, preferably in the US or Canada market.
- Strong hands-on experience optimizing paid acquisition channels such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Influencers, or other scalable performance channels.
- Proven ability to improve existing channels and unlock new growth channels, not just manage current performance.
- Strong understanding of growth metrics such as CAC, NCROAS, ROAS, MER, LTV, conversion rate, AOV, and payback period.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports, analyze performance, and make decisions using tools like Looker, GA4, Triple Whale, Shopify, Google Sheets**, or similar platforms**.
- Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, conversion events, incrementality, and the limitations of platform-reported performance.
- Independent, hands-on operator who can prioritize what matters, move fast, work with creative/influencer teams, and use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to improve marketing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize priority paid acquisition channels with a focus on improving NCROAS, CAC, and incremental growth.
- Identify the biggest growth opportunities across existing channels and build clear action plans to improve performance.
- Build and execute growth strategies for international markets, including channel mix, budget allocation, creative strategy, offer strategy, funnel improvements, and measurement.
- Identify, prioritize, and test new growth channels beyond existing paid media, including influencer marketing, YouTube, CTV, Reddit, affiliates, partnerships, and other scalable acquisition channels.
- Build clear validation frameworks for major tests, including hypothesis, budget, timeline, measurement plan, and pass/fail criteria.
- Work closely with creative, analytics, and agency partners to turn performance insights into better creatives, landing pages, campaigns, and channel-level growth decisions.
