SSr. UX / UI Designer

You will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across Marketing, Brand, and Design to conceptualize original design ideas. You should be able to translate both company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications, ensuring a great user experience and effective communication.

Top Responsibilities:

•Produces clear UX documentation (sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes).

•Conducts research and design iterations to validate and improve userexperience.

•Collaborates with business leads to understand project needs and scope.

•Creates wireframes and prototypes to address business problems.

•Ensures brand consistency across digital and non-digital formats.

•Works closely with cross-functional teams (UI, Marketing, Engineering, QA).

Soft skills requirements:

Technical skills requirements

•+5 years of related design experience

•3-5+ years of experience in UX & UI design with a focus on designing either E-Commerce, Marketplace or Auction based products & features

•Excellent visual design skills, including the use of color, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchies.

•Experience in interaction design, usability, information architecture, and

•mobile development.

•Experience working with and contributing to a Design System.

•Proficient in Adobe Suite.

•Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Xd.

•Ability to work in an agile development environment.

•Experience with ticket management and collaboration tools, including Jira and Confluence.

Optional requirements

•Experience in UX writing or crafting clear, concise microcopy for interfaces.

•Skills in motion design or animation (using After Effects or similar tools).

•Ability to design for accessibility and inclusion, including WCAG compliance, color contrast, and related standars.
