About Us

At Mint Partnership, we are a consultancy partner to the people and organisations shaping the future of trauma, mental health and wellbeing.

We work with researchers, clinicians, practitioners, institutes and organisations whose work has the potential to meaningfully advance the field, but who need strategic clarity, strong positioning and effective communication systems to grow their reach and impact.

Our work sits within a wider ecosystem that includes Masters Events, where we deliver leading conferences and platforms that bring this work to life, alongside practitioner communities and emerging digital platforms designed to help knowledge move and scale.

This gives us a close understanding of how trust, evidence and clarity shape the way ideas land, and why some organisations grow while others struggle to reach the right audience.

We are building a team that can think clearly, execute with precision and work with care in a complex and sensitive space.

The Role

As Social Media Manager, you will plan and deliver social media across a portfolio of our strategic client accounts.

Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will translate brand strategy and campaign thinking into clear, consistent, and effective social activity. This includes shaping content direction, planning activity, and delivering day-to-day output across channels.

This is a hands-on role, with responsibility for both planning and executing social media activity. You will be responsible for creating, publishing, and managing content, while ensuring it aligns with wider brand positioning and marketing objectives.

Based on client needs, your role may also involve social media community engagement and interaction, during which you will be expected to maintainalignment with each client’s tone and goals.

You will work across our more strategic client accounts, where there is a greater emphasis on messaging, positioning, and campaign alignment, while still owning delivery end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Planning & Delivery

  • Plan and execute social media activity across key strategic client accounts
  • Develop content ideas and campaigns aligned to brand and marketing objectives
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across relevant platforms
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and quality across all output

Content & Campaign Support

  • Contribute to campaign planning and content direction
  • Translate brand and marketing strategy into clear, effective social content
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to align social activity with wider campaigns

Performance & Optimisation

  • Monitor performance across channels and campaigns
  • Identify insights and opportunities to improve content and engagement
  • Apply learnings to refine future activity

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with the Marketing Director on strategic client accounts
  • Collaborate with wider teams (content, design, events) to ensure alignment
  • Support campaign launches and ongoing activity from a social perspective

What We Need

  • Strong social media experience - experience managing and delivering social media within an agency or client environment.
  • Executional strength - comfortable planning, creating, and publishing content with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Content judgement - able to create thoughtful, relevant content aligned to audience and brand — not just reactive or trend-led.
  • Strategic awareness - understands how social media fits within wider marketing and brand activity.
  • Self-direction - able to manage workload, prioritise effectively, and move work forward independently.
  • Collaborative instinct - works well with others to ensure alignment across campaigns and channels.
  • Sector sensitivity - understands, or is motivated to learn, how to communicate with care and clarity in the mental health and trauma space.

Why This Role Matters

Social media is a key part of how ideas reach the right people and build trust over time.

The organisations we work with are doing important and often complex work. This role ensures that their thinking, insights, and offerings are communicated clearly, consistently, and with integrity.

Done well, this role helps our clients grow their reach, strengthen their positioning, and increase their impact.

What We Offer

This is a full-time, mostly remote position, with occasional in-person days for client or internal meetings.

We offer a salary of circa £40,000–£45,000, depending on experience, alongside flexible remote working, twice-yearly team away weeks, statutory holidays, a pension scheme, and an extra day off for your birthday.

How to Apply

Send your CV and a short cover letter outlining your experience to our HR Department via email: hr@mintpartnership.com, with 'Social Media Manager Application' in the subject line.
