Marketing Executive

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team and build our social media presence from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities

· Assist with lead generation activities, including contacting potential clients.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

· Maintain marketing databases, lead lists, and reports.

· Develop and implement a social media strategy to establish and grow our brand presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and others.

· Set up and manage social media accounts from scratch, including profile creation, branding, and content planning.

· Plan, create, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and captions.

· Monitor trends and research competitors to identify content opportunities and audience engagement strategies.

· Track and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for growth.

· Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.

· Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually improve our online presence.

Attributes

· Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a Small or Medium Enterprise (SME), ideally within a foreign-based or international company.

· Strong proficiency in Canva for creating graphics, visuals, and social media content.

· Creative mindset with the ability to develop original and appealing content.

· Prior experience in lead generation or sales support is preferred.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

· Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

· Analytical mindset to track social media performance and suggest improvements.
