I. About the Game
Mini World Royale is a free-to-play online FPS game developed by Mini World. The game combines battle royale mechanics with the sandbox, cute, and cartoony style of the Mini World universe. Players can enjoy a diverse range of gameplay modes, including classic bomb mode, zombie defense, and various PvP events.
Following our success in domestic China, we are currently expanding into international markets, including Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
II. Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Target Audience Analysis
- Research to define target audience personas and behavior.
- Prioritize English-speaking markets in SEA, Indonesia, and Thailand.
2. Content Strategy & Production
- Plan and produce engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), including: Game news, patch updates; Tutorials; Player stories and community highlights; Mini-events, memes, and local festival adaptations
- Collaborate with creative and translation teams to ensure localization and relevance
- Produce content in various formats, including short videos, reels, images, and livestreams
3. Social Media Channel Management & Reporting
- Schedule and publish daily posts.
- Monitor user engagement and moderate comments.
- Analyze and report on follower growth, engagement, and reach using Meta Business Suite and other tools.
- Optimize posting schedules and content based on performance data.
4. Community Engagement & Event Operations
- Organize online events, community contests, and minigames to boost interaction.
- Coordinate with KOLs/KOCs for content amplification and local reach.
- Handle negative feedback through real-time monitoring, comment filtering, and responsive communication.
- Collect community feedback through Q&A boxes, inbox analysis, and surveys. - Share insights with the product team.
III. Qualifications
- Age: From 23 to 35 years old.
- At least 3 year of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing. Experience in the gaming industry is a strong plus.
- Must be Fillipino and fluent in English.
- Has a passion for games, especially FPS genres. Strong knowledge of Southeast Asia, Philippines gaming culture and content trends.
- Ability to create or coordinate the production of short-form video content.
- Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.
- Proficient in English communication and writing skills.
- Familiarity with: Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, etc.
