Senior Marketing Associate

About the role:

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Senior Marketing Associate to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our marketing department. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience with a fresh creative lens who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure to projects, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our marketing efforts running smoothly, from managing project timelines and social media management to inbox organization and copywriting. You don’t need to be an expert in our tools (ClickUp, Klaviyo), but you should be a quick learner who’s tech-savvy and eager to contribute.

The role is based in NYC, where our company is headquartered and most of our employees reside. However, this position is remote, and candidates outside of NYC will be considered, but working hours are expected to align with Eastern Time.

What You’ll Do

• Manage project timelines, task tracking, and follow-ups using our project management tools (we use ClickUp)
• Support social media strategy, scheduling, and content creation and coordination
• Monitor and organize our marketing inboxes and coordinate timely responses
• Assist with email marketing execution (we use Klaviyo) and manage audiences, lists, and behavior-based triggers
• Draft thoughtful, engaging, and on-brand marketing copy for emails, ad placements, organic social media captions, and internal project briefs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing campaigns stay on track and aligned with team goals
• Handle general marketing operations and administrative tasks as needed, including expense categorization and performance reporting

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail, hospitality, or real estate technology spaces
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A self-starter who’s comfortable managing multiple priorities and jumping into new projects
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• A true team player who brings a positive, can-do attitude
• Familiarity with project management, social media tools, and email platforms

Salary Range: $70,000 (NYC: $77,000)
