Minnow’s mission is to make the food delivery ecosystem more sustainable by developing a modular family of innovative products that solve the most challenging problems in food delivery, consumption & waste.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a marketing manager who has meaningfully contributed to the growth of a Series A or post-Series A startup.

As our Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our brand's voice, translating insights into compelling campaigns that resonate with our audience and fuel our growth. Your main responsibility is to help develop and coordinate Minnow marketing efforts, including social posts, ads, blogs, and sales assets. You’ll run a variety of lead generation campaigns, trade shows, and other marketing projects. We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with proven startup experience and a knack for crafting engaging social and marketing content. The ability to adapt and contribute across various tasks is essential.

This is a full-time remote position that will report to our CEO. The salary for this role is $65,000 per year. You must be authorized to work in the United States before applying.

What you'll do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning marketing content for social media, website, blogs, and other initiatives.
• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and growth targets.
• Measuring and improving conversion rates at each stage of the marketing funnel, including converting website traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and other lead generation content.
• Writing sales content, including sales decks and outbound sales campaigns.
• Coordinating trade show logistics.
• Ensuring consistency in the presentation of the Minnow brand across all content.
• Reporting campaign metrics and KPIs and dynamically adjusting spends.
• Managing internal and external resources to ensure all marketing campaigns achieve or exceed the desired results.
• Establishing clear, measurable marketing goals and KPIs to track progress and evaluate efforts.

What you’ll need to have

You’re the perfect candidate for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience developing, executing and optimizing LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
• Proven track record of generating fresh ideas and transforming them into successful marketing campaigns
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization and foster strong cross-functional teamwork.
• Familiarity with visual content creation tools (video and photo editing).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with short timelines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Background in direct marketing/performance marketing is preferred but not required.
• A high level of attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and speed is required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Works well under pressure while maintaining accuracy across multiple projects and exemplifying a professional demeanor always.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
• Experience with WordPress, Elementor, & HubSpot.
• Are authorized to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor H1B visas.
