What

Product Designer is the voice of the people (users) interacting with the our platform and the solutions built on the minka cloud.

It is both an internal and external role, but focused on primary pain points and motivation of potential users, and learn the context of their interaction.

How

Be an owner

• Design the blueprint and establish product design frameworks from scratch, including methodologies, procedures, and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Product, and Growth, to understand requirements, and design solutions that meet user needs and align with our business goals.
• Lead the design of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our product, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Be responsible that the people love, use and recommend the products built on minka cloud.
• Become the expert on how the internet, bitcoin and money works.

Be a solver

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate and drive design thinking workshops, ideation sessions, and design sprints.
• Explore product problems, develop design solutions that solve these problems and implementing changes based on the users' feedback and the product's business strategy.
• Collaborate with engine, product and revenue teams, and our customers to make sure we built most lovable products
• Build functional prototypes from the design concepts.
• Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts

Write it down

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather user feedback, and use it to iterate and improve the product design.
• Create and maintain a design system and UI kit that promotes consistency across all user touchpoints.
• Be the advocate for our users, ensuring user-centered design principles are followed throughout the product development process.
• Use data collected from research, user testing and market analysis to create truly user-centric designs
• Illustrate and communicate complex design solutions across uses cases by creating process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mock-ups
• Facilitate ideation sessions with partners, customers and users to rapidly determine pain points and potential prototypes
• Develop and maintain detailed design documentation including specifications, redlines, and style guides
• Be the voice and the pen of the users within the company.

Required skills

• 7+ years of experience working in product design
• Artistic and innovative flair - be weird and know how to draw
• Strong background in product discovery methodologies such as design sprints and design thinking.
• Get stuff done attitude and make your voice heard when necessary.
• Creativity in solving problems in very ambiguous environments
• Positive, motivated attitude, with an emphasis on excellent teamwork.
• Passionate about the vision to improve the way people interact with money
• Bachelors, Masters University Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Seen Mr. Robot tv show.
• Know what is a bit and what is bitcoin.
