We are creating a web3 well-being service that allows users to own and control their data while still being able to put data into well-being services to enhance their well-being.

We are an HR-Tech company by nature.

Ultimately, the purpose of people's working lives is to enhance the well-being of the individual and the well-being of society.

However, such services using the power of data do not exist in the world.

We believe that data and social well-being should be public goods, even though individuals are the owners.

Public goods are always local (dependent on a community's shared context and value system), not universal.

Moreover, public goods arise from a shared understanding of what is in the public interest (what makes life meaningful) in the context of contingent and culturally complex relationships among each other.

Thus, it is necessary to design not only for universality but also for adaptability.

This requires both macro-level structure and micro-level diversity.

Furthermore, public goods must have positive externalities, and if we see ourselves as beneficiaries of the public goods of past societies, this includes the people of the future.

Thus, at the macro level, it is necessary to create a platform that utilizes web3 tech stacks to create a governance structure for DAOs and a structure that allows for the participation of a variety of stakeholders.

By doing so, our goal is to achieve the following:

• To a society where good relationships cultivate well-being.
• To a pluralistic, coexisting society where everyone can contribute to well-being

Responsibilities

Are you passionate about  AI and eager to work on cutting-edge technology? Do you know how to develop AI models and deploy them to production environments? We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our team and help drive innovation in AI-driven recruitment service. If you're experienced with large language models (LLMs), AI systems, and cloud service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models with a focus on large language models (LLMs).
• Optimize AI models and systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Build and refine recommendation engines and generative AI systems.
• Conduct LLM assessment, including systematic validation, benchmarking of LLMs and prompt injections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring AI solutions to production.
• Implement ML-assisted data processing, labeling, and distillation techniques.
• Ensure AI systems comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stay current with the latest AI trends and technologies to apply innovative solutions to business problems.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on AI best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI architecture, design decisions, and workflows.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing AI and data products.
• Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP frameworks/libraries (e.g., Gensim, SpaCy).
• Proficiency with the modern data science stack, including Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, and Jupyter/Colab notebooks.
• Experience taking AI ideas to production and familiarity with cloud platforms
• Knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
• Experience in machine learning software stacks involving deep neural networks, optimization, simulation, and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, prompting techniques, vector databases, embeddings, fine-tuning, and agentic systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, data warehouses, and RESTful APIs.

Good to have:

• Experience with LLM safety testing and developing defense mechanisms against vulnerabilities (e.g., prompt injections).
• Familiarity with fairness assessments in AI systems.
• Experience with LLM guardrails and safety tools like NeMo, LLM-Guard.
• Experience with building NLP and NLU models using state-of-the-art algorithms (BERT, Transformer, etc.).

Salary range: Up to USD 4,000 monthly gross
