About Mindset AI
Mindset AI is a fast growing, venture-funded AI agent builder platform (PaaS) that enables people to build, manage and deploy AI agents with just natural language on top of their data & IP, as simple as writing a document.
Mindset AI is currently embedded in SaaS products across L&D, HR, and media, with AI agents deployed as search & recommendation agents, learning tutors, HR service delivery agents, customer support agents and many more.
Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella believes that “every technology company in the world must become AI-native,” and Y Combinator predicts AI agents will be “10x bigger than SaaS.” Yet for most companies, AI remains expensive, time-consuming and difficult to implement at scale, leaving them vulnerable as AI-powered software rapidly reshapes the market.
Mindset AI provides a faster, simpler alternative. It enables SaaS companies to build and embed AI agents using just natural language, turning their proprietary content, IP, and expertise into AI features. Instead of being disrupted by AI-first competitors, companies can embed their own AI agents natively, without the need for large AI teams or complex automation workflows.
But we have huge ambitions. Our technology is at the forefront of what’s possible right now, and we’re determined to lead the market and grow fast. This technology is so new that companies like ourselves are truly defining the ways AI will be used in everyday life.
About the role:
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to shape how our brand is seen and experienced across marketing, product, and everything in between. You’ll join our collaborative Design Team at an exciting time, with real space to make the role your own. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in brand and digital design who’s keen to take creative ownership. You’ll bring creativity and craft to every touchpoint - adding polish to our website, personality to our brand, and clarity to internal and external comms. If you're proactive, hands-on, and excited to help define how design shows up across the business, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Evolving our brand identity and ensuring it’s applied consistently across all touchpoints.
- Developing and owning our brand framework so it’s clear, flexible, and creatively empowering.
- Creating polished, engaging assets for marketing, customer success, external comms, and more.
- Supporting internal teams with presentations, branded materials, and self-serve design resources.
- Designing and refining our website to make sure it reflects our brand and communicates clearly.
- Designing simple, effective product illustrations that bring clarity to complex ideas.
- Supporting UX designers with ideas on how to improve, personality, and polish in our product experience.
- Working with freelance designers when needed: Briefing, reviewing, and keeping projects on track.
- Sharing your design knowledge across the business and helping maintain creative standards.
- Staying tuned in to design trends and advocating for thoughtful, design-led solutions company-wide.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in tech or business-focused environments.
- A strong portfolio of brand and digital design work.
- Experience designing for marketing - web design, slide decks, illustrations, and UI elements. Bonus points for experience collaborating with product teams to enhance the visual design of user interfaces.
- Confident working within a brand system and evolving it thoughtfully over time.
- Skilled in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva etc. After Effects, and motion tools would be an added bonus.
- Comfortable working both independently as well as collaboratively with marketers, product managers, and other designers.
- Able to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and deliver high-quality work on time.
- A proactive & curious mindset - you’re always looking for ways to improve and push the work forward.
- Nice to have: experience managing freelancers or agencies.
In return
- Work with an incredible international team.
- Healthcare Plan which includes Dental, Opticians, 24/7 GP access and lots more!
- Responsible holiday - take time off when you need to, there’s no limit, just make sure you hand your work over.
- Salary Sacrifice Schemes, including cycle scheme and childcare.
- Flexible working (everyone works best in different ways).
- A Railcard for you or a close family member
- Autonomous team structure (no horrific hierarchies or dictatorships; Everyone’s opinion is hugely valuable).
