Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and hands-on Senior Web Designer ensuring Product Marketing and to take full ownership of our digital presence. This is not a pure design role. we need someone who can ideate, build, and optimise. You will combine deep Webflow and Wix knowledge with a clear understanding of user journeys, SEO, and conversion rate optimisation. You’ll work across marketing, pharmacy, product, and development to ensure the site performs, converts, and delights. (Webflow experience mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
• Own and execute a cutting-edge website strategy aligned to business goals.
• Build, test, and optimise website pages and templates using Webflow and Wix.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent, engaging user experience.
• Champion best-in-class web standards and act as the central point of contact for all web-related initiatives.
• Translate brand, content, and product initiatives into seamless on-site journeys.
• Lead structured conversion testing programmes using tools such as Google Optimize or Hotjar, aligned to booking and lead generation KPIs.
• Run A/B and multivariate (MVT) testing to drive performance improvements.
• Implement tracking tools and monitor performance using Google Analytics and other platforms.
• Apply SEO best practices across structure, content, and metadata.
• Drive accessibility and mobile-first design across all platforms.
• Identify and act on opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and funnel optimisation.
• Lead usability testing and incorporate user feedback into iterative improvements.
• Collaborate closely with content, SEO, CRM, and paid media teams to align messaging, landing page structure, and technical implementation.

Qualifications and Experience
• 5+ years' experience in website marketing, product management, or digital strategy.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Webflow and Wix (must-have).
• Proficient in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript (ability to customise components).
• Strong understanding of web performance optimisation, custom code within Webflow, and structured data (schema) for enhanced SEO.
• Experience with API integrations and compliance-led tracking.
• Experience working in regulated environments and balancing compliance with creativity.
• Strong track record of improving site performance and conversion rates.
• Familiarity with CMS workflows, UX/UI principles, and web analytics.
• Ability to plan, deliver, and own web projects end-to-end.
Desirable Skills
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of GDPR, data compliance, and secure form handling.
• Experience integrating CRM tools and marketing automation.
• Understanding of personalisation engines and behavioural triggers.
• Comfort with Agile project methodologies.
