Description:
Our client’s Marketing organization is looking for a Marketing Technology Specialist with an innovative mindset to join the Sales Enablement Marketing team as a contractor working remote anywhere nationwide. As a contractor, you will work closely with a team that is focused on implementing and optimizing our channel marketing automation platform. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in supporting cross- functional teams in delivering solutions that meet both business and technical objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate business requirements sessions requirements with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze current marketing and CRM processes to identify opportunities for integration and optimization.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of product features and functionality.
- Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to support the project team in creating solutions that meet agent needs.
- Serve as a key stakeholder in the development of marketing technology strategies that support overall business objectives, including lead generation, book of business management, digital, social and direct marketing campaigns.
- Support the creation of training materials for end users.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4 or more years of marketing or digital marketing transformation project, product ownership or sales experience with at least 2 years of experience in marketing automation or similar tools
- Solution-oriented that has the capability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts, processes, digital campaigns, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting the implementation of SproutLoud or similar Through- Channel Marketing Automation platforms
- Previous project management experience
- Experience in the IT, digital marketing, or insurance or healthcare industries
- Proven experience with agile and scrum methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of API integrations, data mapping, and reporting tools is a plus.
