Looking for Digital lab Email Specialist- we have HCP channel, Consumer Channel, and last year we stood up client’s patient Services- all our ma, so what the email specialist does is utilize a unique tool called nac which is an email build platform which is a no code platform so you do not have to have html experience or coding experience in any format to understand the tool or build an email although we do find it to be preferable as they understand how the output of html into our deployment platforms is produced and input

Build Email and route in Veeva Promomats for MLR

Build asset, O live and static proofing in Workfront

Good communication skills between Project managers, deployment teams, external creative agencies

so the key responsibilities for the role is to build the email and also route it through our material review process in viva promo mats so that would entail you know building the assetdoing live and static proofing in our tool called workfront

it also requires communication skills between our stakeholders so our our project managers our deployment teams sometimes external creative agencies so the

majority of the time spent in this role is building and routing and testing email builds

at the end of the day the qualifications that i am looking for are in general a creative or graphic design background or marketing background

it's not required to have html or coding or email marketing as a background but it is definitely a preferred

and then just in general works well with the team we have a very tight knit team and and and a pretty good culture or climate i would i would assess

that's correct there is no design aspect required we have an external or internal agency designed the email the builder just produces the design in the nac platform

and they do not deploy we have a separate team of stakeholders that work on closely with them

Knak = NAC in above notes- Tool is actually called Knak

Patient Services background is not required-

Is BS required? If they have strong experience, we don’t need a BS-

How Critical is MLR experience- not Critical, but any background in Material Review Process would be highly desired

We prefer 3-5 years, but we are flexible if they aer strong fit, but have less

Knak, FIGMA, Photoshop

Marketo or SFMC are related

Don’t work in AEM really- we do use Adobe Workfront though for static proofing and PM

  • Ability to work well in a tight‑knit team culture

Industry & Experience Flexibility

  • Open to candidates from any industry (pharma not required)
  • Digital marketing, campaign management, or web content experience acceptable
  • Creative background valued over specific email‑marketing history

Tools & Technical Skills

  • Primary: Nac email builder, Figma, Photoshop
  • Additional: Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (nice‑to‑have)
  • Project management & proofing: Workfront (not required)
  • Familiarity with SnagIt and internal “loud details” tools a plus

Job Description:

We’re seeking a Digital Lab Email Specialist to join our *** HCP CRM Digital Lab team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and authoring email content for marketing teams, supporting brands across Immunology, Neuroscience, Oncology, Aesthetics, and Eye Care.

Responsibilities include:

• Create and modify email content in the Knak platform by leveraging existing emails, assembling emails using modular components, or incorporating assets provided by external agencies

• Share best practices with key partners: project managers, marketers, and creative agencies

• Partner with the appropriate creative agency when any design files need updating

• Route emails that have been created through the Material Review Process to gain approval before handoff to the Marketing Automation team. This includes serving as Project originator for review process and functional testing in a highly regulated environment

• Proof and QC all email projects thoroughly and with meticulous attention to detail

• Maintain email inventory (templates, modules, and assets such as images and iconography)

• Identify and recommend enhancements to tools, templates, and content creation processes to inform the email capability roadmap

• Leverage dynamic capability in knak and collaboration with Marketing Automation to personalize messaging and differentiate content for audience segments

• Escalate email content tool platform issues to the Email Product Owner

• Troubleshoot and provide advisory assistance on email projects as directed. This could include assisting an external agency or a team-member.

• Augment email creative elements and media using design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, SnagIt etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Business or Marketing.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, including content creation, testing, and deployment (experience with Knak, Figma, Photoshop preferred).

• Knowledge of email development fundamentals including HTML/CSS and email rendering tools such as Email on Acid

• Strategic mindset with attention to detail and a strong ability to exceed stakeholder expectations.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Experience in Pharma, or heavily regulated industry, preferred but not required.
