About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to shape intuitive, impactful user experiences for complex, multi-business-unit products. In this role, you will apply strategic design thinking, modern UX methodologies, and user-centered principles to translate diverse business requirements into elegant, user-friendly solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers, driving the UX vision from ideation through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Understanding

• Align design decisions with the broader product vision and the needs of multiple business units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize diverse requirements while managing expectations effectively.
• Partner with business analysts to ensure user experience considerations are fully integrated into project planning.

User-Centered Design

• Apply persona-based and Jobs-to-be-Done (JBTD) frameworks to understand user motivations and behaviors.
• Create detailed personas and user journeys tailored to distinct user segments.

UX Strategy & Ideation

• Frame UX challenges by asking the right questions — “why” and “for whom” — before moving to design execution.
• Facilitate ideation sessions and brainstorming workshops to explore innovative solutions.

UX Craft & Execution

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of UX elements and interaction patterns (navigation, tooltips, prefilled fields, etc.).
• Propose detailed improvements to existing application flows (e.g., SLI, DoR) to enhance usability.
• Use Figma to design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

UX Methodologies

• Employ modern UX approaches including:
• Jobs-to-be-Done
• Design Thinking
• Lean UX
• User Research & Testing

Portfolio & Impact

• Showcase a portfolio of at least 6 UX projects with clear before/after comparisons and measurable impact on usability and user satisfaction.

Agile Collaboration

• Work as part of a development sprint team, collaborating closely with developers and business analysts.
• Quickly evaluate existing screens and propose actionable UX enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
• Proven experience applying persona-based and JBTD frameworks.
• Deep understanding of modern UX patterns, accessibility principles, and responsive design.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for enterprise-scale applications across multiple business domains.
• Background in conducting usability testing and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and validate UX improvements.
