Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to lead data-driven initiatives and build advanced analytical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Modeling:
• Conduct in-depth analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business challenges.
• Ensure models are scalable, robust, and interpretable for practical application.
• Collaboration & Strategy:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) to align data science solutions with business goals.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
• Present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentorship & Best Practices:
• Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and statistical techniques.
• Implement best practices for data science workflows, model evaluation, and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
• Experience in developing predictive models, NLP, and deep learning solutions.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and model deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Strong communication skills to convey insights effectively across teams.
