About The Role

As a Software Engineer at Mindara, you will be a core contributor to the engine that powers our platform. This is a full-stack role for a generalist who is passionate about building elegant, high-impact products. You will architect and implement features from the backend APIs to the frontend components, directly influencing the user experience. You'll work within a small, agile team in a modern, collaborative environment where your contributions will be visible and essential to our growth.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Django.
• Develop seamless, intuitive user-facing features with React and TypeScript.
• Own features throughout the development lifecycle, from initial concept and architecture to deployment and maintenance.
• Optimize our applications for performance, scalability, and reliability across the stack.
• Collaborate closely with the team to define product direction and solve complex technical challenges.
• Enhance our development and deployment workflows, leveraging our GitHub-based CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure on GCP.

Who You Are

• You have 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven ability to build and ship full-stack applications.
• You are highly proficient in Python and TypeScript.
• You have hands-on experience with PostgreSQL for data storage and Redis for caching and task queuing.
• You are deeply familiar with a GitHub-based software development lifecycle (e.g., PRs, code reviews, CI/CD).
• You possess a strong foundation in CS, with a solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and OOP.
• You are an excellent problem-solver and a proactive communicator who thrives in a collaborative team setting.

Bonus Points if You Have

• Deep expertise in Django and React.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Familiarity with the modern frontend ecosystem, including package management with Yarn.
