Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic and Web Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually stunning and user-friendly digital assets and website experiences. You will work closely with our marketing, e-commerce, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints—from Shopify pages and packaging to email campaigns and social media content.

1. Web Design & UX Optimization

• Design and update Shopify pages, product listings, banners, and landing pages aligned with brand aesthetics and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles.
• Create and refine Figma mockups and prototypes for new layouts and campaigns.
• Ensure responsive, mobile-friendly, and high-performing website design.
• Implement design updates using Shopify themes or collaborate with developers for advanced edits.
• Optimize visuals for load speed, accessibility, and SEO.

2. Graphic Design & Brand Consistency

• Create engaging digital assets including social media graphics, homepage banners, lookbooks, and promotional visuals.
• Develop cohesive branding elements and ensure a consistent visual identity across digital and print materials.
• Support marketing campaigns by producing creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and influencer partnerships.
• Design Klaviyo email templates and visuals aligned with product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for new product launches.

3. Packaging Design & Product Presentation

• Design and develop product packaging, inserts, and labeling that align with Mimi Beds’ premium and eco-conscious brand image.
• Create dielines, print-ready files, and mockups for boxes, thank-you cards, and product manuals.
• Work closely with suppliers and printers to ensure color accuracy, material selection, and production feasibility.
• Adapt packaging designs for international markets and ensure compliance with labeling and safety standards.
• Continuously evolve packaging aesthetics to enhance unboxing experience and strengthen brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Shopify, Figma, and Klaviyo is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with packaging design, including dielines, print prep, and supplier coordination.
• Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid edits is an asset.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
• Experience in e-commerce or consumer goods brands preferred.
