👊 What You’ll Own

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be the architect of our entire marketing machine. From big-picture strategy to rolling up your sleeves and getting into the trenches, you’ll drive lead generation, brand authority, and customer acquisition.

🧠 Strategy + Execution

• Build and lead a full-funnel marketing strategy.
• Own all messaging, campaigns, and content that reach our audience.
• Align marketing goals with business growth targets.

📣 Digital Ads + Funnels

• Manage high-performing campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
• Build and optimize funnels (webinar to call booking, lead magnets, retargeting).
• Track metrics like CPL, ROAS, CAC, and optimize in real-time.

🖋️ Content + Brand Development

• Oversee ad copy, email marketing, social content, and creative direction.
• Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice across all platforms.
• Collaborate with creators and execs to bring the brand to life.

📊 Data + Reporting

• Monitor marketing KPIs and provide insights and recommendations.
• Deliver bi-weekly and quarterly reports to the executive team.
• Make data-informed decisions to refine and scale strategy.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Team Leadership

• Manage external contractors (media buyers, creatives, etc.).
• Coordinate cross-functionally with sales and operations.

✅ What You Bring

• 3+ years HANDS-ON digital marketing experience.
• Deep knowledge of paid media (Meta, Google, YouTube).
• Experience building marketing funnels and managing full-funnel campaigns.
• Copywriting chops + a strong creative eye.
• Comfort in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Tools: Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, Canva
