About this position:

A Business Developer Representative provide an analytical and strategic outlook throughout the entirety of the purchase process of our properties; while directly assisting our real estate agents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Use innovative commercial strategies and communication skills to interact with clients.
• Clients tour agenda management.
• Generate personalized reports based on critical analysis of our CRM database, and use them to develop strategies for effective client follow-up and achieving sales.
• Post-sale customer service.

Requirements:

• Full weekend availability (2 days off on weekdays).
• C1-C2 English level.
• Bilingual sales, business development, or commercial data analysis (+3 years).
• Previous experience handling CRM platforms is highly desirable.
• Previous experience using data analysis and AI platforms is desirable.
