Part-Time Brand Designer

About Millie Millie (milliegiving.com) is workplace giving software that helps companies run employee matching, volunteering, and giving campaigns, plus grants management. Customers include Tillamook, Headspace, Chipotle, and ButcherBox. We're a small, lean team that cares a lot about good design.

The role We're looking for a talented brand designer to own the final design stage of Millie's marketing. Our team writes the content and hands it off, usually as a Word doc. You turn it into beautifully designed, on-brand collateral. Great design is the must-have.

What you'll design

• Web pages and updates (Webflow — build it yourself or hand off designs)

• Social media graphics

• Customer emails

• Case studies, one-pagers, and PDF collateral

• Reusable templates our team can work from

You might be a fit if you

• Have a strong portfolio of brand and marketing design, ideally B2B or SaaS

• Can take rough copy and make it look polished without heavy direction

• Work independently, communicate clearly, and hit deadlines

• Bring your own tools and workflow — we're flexible on what you use

• Bonus: Webflow or email design experience

• Contract, part-time: 10–15 hours/week, flexible schedule

• Remote

• $50–60/hour, based on experience
