Description
Supporting the global marketing team in the Lab Specimen Management business, the Marketing Associate Global Compliance will convey the voices of patients, customers, and our commercial organization as input to critical global compliance projects occurring across the business. This individual will support the Marketing Manager who represents the marketing function on all European Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and In Vitro Diagnostic Regulation (IVDR) projects and be responsible for the design and implementation of critical product and packaging modifications as well as their successful deployment globally. This role reports to the Associate Director Global Marketing, for the Lab Specimen Management Business Line with responsibility across the two Platforms: Specimen Acquisition and Lab Specimen Management.
- Support the Marketing Manager who represents the marketing function on the MDR and IVDR cross-functional core teams, representing all Business Line and their product portfolios, and partnering with all functions to ensure achieving project goals.
- Provide input in the development, review, and approval of internal documents critical in the management of the product lifecycle (ACRs, design traceability matrices, post-market surveillance plans, risk management files, instructions for use, product labeling etc.)
- Support the deployment of any customer facing communications or activities resulting from the MDR and IVDR projects, including direct customer communications and training and education tools.
- Collaborate closely with the global marketing product portfolio owners and region marketers to ensure all product and packaging changes align with commercial strategy and customer needs, including SKU management
- Provide regular updates to leadership, the global marketing team, and region marketers as to upcoming product changes and the status of the MDR and IVDR projects.

Experience And Education
- BS in science or engineering. MBA/MSc is desirable.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in medical device, life sciences, biotechnology, or other healthcare fields with a consistent track-record of high performance and results.
- Experience working cross-functionally and globally is preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
