_About the Role:

_In this role, you will play a crucial role in helping shape the future of our suite of software solutions in the Med Spa, Salon, and Spa industries. You will collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and engineers to gather requirements, write clear acceptance criteria, and assess system and user impacts. This role involves conducting market analysis, tracking key success metrics, and leading rollout strategies for smooth adoption. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, data-driven, and experienced in agile methodologies to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery
Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
Analyze data to measure feature adoption, user engagement, and customer satisfaction
Gather and prioritize feedback from customers, sales, and support teams
Assess user impacts to ensure changes enhance the customer experience without introducing friction
Work closely with UX/UI teams to design intuitive and impactful user experiences
Analysis
Understand system impacts and dependencies to assess the feasibility and risks of new features or enhancements
Create, maintain, and prioritize the product feature and user story backlog
Collaborate with the development team to define sprint goals and select backlog items for each sprint
Write clear and comprehensive acceptance criteria to ensure features meet business and user requirements
Work with Technology and QA to ensure smooth product deployments
Launch
Develop and execute rollout strategies, including phased launches, beta testing, and pilots
Collaborate with PMO and Technology to plan product releases
Train internal teams on new features, use cases, and value propositions
Triage support issues, working with engineering and customer support to prioritize and resolve product-related problems efficiently
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success to drive product adoption
Monitor post-launch performance and iterate based on user feedback and data insights

Requirements

Experience: 7+ years in product management, with significant time in the beauty, wellness, or payments industries preferred
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely
