Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Event Marketing & Campaign Execution

Execute event promotion campaigns across email, social, website, and channels
Draft and schedule event-related communications
Coordinate content assets (creatives, copy, landing pages)
Track campaign performance and optimize where needed

Communications & Stakeholder Management

Send invitations, confirmations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups
Coordinate internal communications with sales, marketing, and teams

Reporting & Follow-Up

Track registrations, attendance, and engagement metrics
Assist in compiling post-event reports and ROI inputs
Support lead handover and follow-up processes
Maintain event documentation and learnings

Core Skills
