Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist with extensive experience in HubSpot CRM and its marketing automation capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that empower hotels and resorts to streamline and automate their marketing efforts. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing technologies and a passion for driving impactful results in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies using HubSpot CRM to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue for hotels and resorts.
- Design and oversee automated marketing workflows, campaigns, and segmentation strategies utilizing HubSpot's features to personalize guest experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content design, email, and account services to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead the customization and configuration of HubSpot's tools including Workflows, Email Marketing, and Reporting Dashboards, to meet business goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation in marketing automation.
- Train and support internal teams on HubSpot best practices and marketing automation tools.
- Manage timelines, and resources to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing strategy development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM.
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot marketing Hub features, including Workflows, Email Marketing, and Reporting functionalities.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies for the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, Inbound Marketing) are a strong advantage.
LOCATION: Remote - USA
COMPENSATION: $75,000 - $90,000 DOE
