We’re seeking a skilled, design-forward Graphic Designer & Web Builder to help us elevate our visual presence across digital platforms and create beautiful, engaging experiences that reflect the heart of our brand.
✨ The Role
As our Graphic Designer & Web Builder, you’ll lead the visual design and front-end layout of digital assets—from campaign landing pages to ongoing website updates. Your work will help artists connect deeply with our message, navigate our offers seamlessly, and say “yes” to the next step in their creative journey.
Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive, user-friendly landing pages and site updates using Figma, HubSpot, and Shopify
- Translate brand strategy into aesthetic, high-converting web experiences
- Collaborate with marketing and copywriting teams to execute launches, promotions, and evergreen flows
- Create consistent, visually impactful graphics and page layouts that elevate the Milan Art brand
- Ensure designs are mobile-optimized, on-brand, and optimized for engagement and conversion
- Maintain a clean and organized design system in Figma for consistency and reusability
✅ Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design and front-end design
- Expert in Figma, with working knowledge of HubSpot and Shopify
- Strong eye for design, layout, spacing, typography, and brand cohesion
- Understands UX principles and how to guide users through a visual journey
- Can design for conversion while maintaining artistic and visual excellence
- Has a portfolio that demonstrates beautiful and strategic web design
- Strong communicator, self-directed, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment
- Passionate about art and aligned with our mission of helping artists fulfill their calling
Nice to Have
- Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS (not required, but helpful for collaboration)
- Experience designing for educational or e-commerce brands
- Interest in visual storytelling, design thinking, and empowering creatives
