Job Overview
As our Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and launching a groundbreaking new product initiative from within the MikMak Platform. You will also be part of the team responsible for delivering on the key data modeling, and AI features on the roadmap. You will report directly to our CPTO, and will work closely with internal stakeholders, marketing, partners, vendors, and beta customers. As the senior member of the Product Management team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the product lifecycle for this new product initiative.
This role is remote, but East Coast location highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and our commercial leadership team to develop messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
- Contribute to competitive intelligence and pricing strategy to strengthen product positioning and market differentiation.
- Act as a domain and product expert for internal teams and evangelize the product vision with strategic customers and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with the product management and marketing teams to create critical go-to-market deliverables such as product briefs, feature one-pagers, pitch decks, and competitive battlecards.
- Own and drive internal sales training and product launch initiatives.
- Partner with Solution Engineering and customer-facing teams to help with demos and deliver impactful customer enablement materials.
- Gather and synthesize insights from customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to influence the product vision and guide roadmap priorities.
- Key contributor in the product manager team to help launch a strategic new product initiative from inception to delivery within an aggressive timeline.
- Partner closely with product managers, data science and engineering teams to scope and deliver high-impact capabilities.
- Define detailed product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage end-to-end delivery across multiple releases, ensuring quality, usability, and customer impact.
- Drive prioritization decisions using data, ROI, and customer feedback.
- Build a collaborative, high-performing team culture that aligns with company values, while fostering career growth and skill development.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience, including 6+ years of product management experience in a fast paced SaaS product company.
- Extensive experience working on products/offerings related to marketing data ecosystems (media, retailer, first-party data) and measurement techniques such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA), or incrementality testing.
- Experience working with data science teams and translating complex analytical and modeling concepts into actionable product requirements.
- Proven experience in product management or product marketing roles for products leveraging data modeling, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).
- Prior experience with MMM and MarTech related insights/analytics is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and storytelling skills; able to create compelling narratives and enable sales and marketing teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills; thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, Data Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus but not required.

Base: $170–185k Bonus/OTE: up to ~$200k
