We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Information Analyst - Dynamics 365 CRM Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to a key project for one of our esteemed clients. This role is crucial for leveraging data to drive actionable insights and enhance customer relationship management (CRM) strategies within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (O365) ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about collecting, analyzing, and interpreting CRM data, developing impactful reports and dashboards, and collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize CRM processes and achieve critical business objectives for our client.

Key Responsibilities

As an Information Analyst - CRM Data Analyst for our client, you will:

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) to provide actionable insights that directly support sales, marketing, and customer service operations.
  • Reporting & Dashboard Development: Develop comprehensive dashboards, reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using Power BI and other Office 365 tools (including Excel, Power Query, and Power Automate).
  • Data Quality Management: Proactively cleanse, validate, and ensure the highest level of data quality within the CRM system.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders to thoroughly understand their data needs and translate them into precise technical requirements.
  • CRM Optimization Support: Provide essential support to CRM administrators in optimizing data structures and improving workflow efficiencies.
  • Data Integrity & Maintenance: Continuously monitor data integrity, actively working on deduplication, normalization, and enrichment tasks to enhance data accuracy.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain thorough documentation related to data models, processes, and definitions.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis and deliver timely, data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Data Governance & Compliance: Contribute to data governance and compliance efforts, ensuring all data usage adheres to both company policies and regulatory standards.
  • User Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to CRM users to foster better data utilization across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a closely related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar data analysis role, with a strong focus on working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Office 365 Proficiency: Strong skills and hands-on experience with core Office 365 applications, particularly:
  • Excel: Advanced capabilities for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Power BI: Proven ability to create insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Power Automate: Experience in automating data-related processes.
  • SharePoint: Familiarity with data storage and collaboration features.
  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Proven proficiency in data analysis techniques and data visualization best practices.
  • CRM Data Models: Extensive experience with CRM data models, including custom entities, fields, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics 365.
  • Business Process Understanding: Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and business processes related to sales, marketing, and customer service operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certifications: Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (e.g., PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, MB-260: Microsoft Customer Data Platform Specialist).
  • Query Languages: Familiarity with SQL, DAX, and Power Query (M language).
  • Agile Experience: Experience working effectively within Agile/Scrum team environments.
  • Programming Languages: Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for advanced data analysis.
