Full Stack Engineer

Join our team as a Full Stack Engineer, where we're focused on graduating AI from interesting demos to indispensable products. You will be responsible for bringing this vision to life, building the end-to-end user experience that our customers interact with every day. This is a role for product-focused engineers who want to take full ownership of features and create AI tools that are both powerful and intuitive.

Key Responsibilities

• Build End-to-End Features: Design, develop, and deploy robust features across our technology stack, from pixel-perfect front-end components to resilient backend APIs.
• Partner with Product and Design: Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate vision and mockups into tangible, high-quality technical solutions. You will be a key voice in shaping the user experience.
• Own the Outcome: Take end-to-end accountability for the features you build, from technical design and implementation to deployment and iteration. Your responsibility doesn't end at shipping; you own the quality and success of the product experience.
• Improve Our Stack: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our codebase and development processes to enhance product quality and developer productivity.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a proven track record of shipping full-stack web applications.
• Expert proficiency in both Python and TypeScript is a firm requirement. To be effective on our team, you must be able to hit the ground running and contribute across our entire Python and TypeScript codebase from day one.
• Cutting-edge micro-frontend architecture using single-spa, SystemJS module federation, and React 18 - enabling independent team deployments while maintaining a unified user experience across our AI workflow platform
• Proficiency in either Flask or FastAPI for API creation
• Good with Data : Experience with any SQL databases Postgres
• Demonstrated experience working closely with product designers and a strong eye for detail. You have experience translating design vision into functional, polished user interfaces.
• A strong sense of ownership and a product-focused mindset. You have a passion for the craft and a drive to ship high-quality, impactful code.
• An interest in the modern AI landscape is a major plus. Any experience building with LLMs, particularly creating AI agents or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications, will set you apart.
