We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, advertising, and analytics, with a proven ability to drive results through innovative digital strategies. This role requires a creative thinker who is adept at research and has a solid understanding of content management systems. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and engage our target audience. With a lot of focus on Facebook, Google and Website organic traffic. You MUST know how these platforms work and ability to manage ad spends for the best results. You will be responsible for driving GOOD QUALITY LEADS for our Kitchen, Bathrooms and Roofing divisions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Manage performance marketing initiatives across various platforms, including Google Ads, Local service ads and Facebook.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize results and improve ROI.
Create compelling copy for various digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
Oversee the management of content across multiple content management systems.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.Experience
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and advertising Facebook and other digital platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience in using analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
Familiarity with CSS and JavaScript is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience with content management systems is essential.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
