Data Scientist

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. This role is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, building predictive models, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong statistical knowledge, programming skills, and business acumen to solve real-world problems using data.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through exploratory data analysis.
• Translate business challenges into data science solutions.
• Design and implement predictive and prescriptive analytics models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and reliability.
• Support experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing and hypothesis validation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in data science and AI.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above, both written and spoken.
• 2+ years of experience in data science, analytics, machine learning, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or R.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
• Knowledge of data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
