Position Summary

We need a Visual Designer who makes lucid, gorgeous things all day. You'll own the visual layer across our platform, website, content, and marketing—and you'll do it without pretending those are separate jobs. You will be expected to maximally leverage AI tools including ChatGPT/Codex and Claude Cowork/Code/Design. We have marketing team in place, this is primarily a visual/design focused role.

What You'll Do

• Use our apps deeply. Understand the product. Spot gaps and opportunities in how things feel.
• Create tutorials, walkthroughs, and educational content (static, animated, video) that make features obvious and delightful.
• Generate a steady stream of images, graphics, and visual assets—templates, illustrations, UI mockups, social content, whatever the week demands.
• Modify, improve, and maintain our website. Build new landing pages. Ship design work.
• Shape "vibes"—the aesthetic and emotional direction of features, campaigns, and products. Work with the team to translate product intuition into visual clarity.
• Handle motion, animation, and video production when it moves the needle.
• Ship constantly. We're looking for someone who produces, not someone who waits for perfect briefs.

Who You Are

• You work fluidly across images, websites, video, animation, and design systems. You don't compartmentalize your skills.
• You're product-minded. You look at a feature and understand why it matters visually.
• You can take direction and critique without hand-holding, and you can push back with good reasoning.
• You're resourceful. You know tools (design, video, animation—whatever), but you're flexible on which ones.
• You're comfortable working in a scrappy environment where you wear multiple hats and priorities shift.
• You're opinionated about design but humble about execution.
• Interest in or familiarity with design tooling (Figma, AI image tools, animation software, video editing).
• Any experience with tech product UI/UX.
• Taste. You read design blogs, follow design accounts, care about craft.
