Position: Virtual Marketing Assistant
Location: Harton Corporate Center, Baclaran, Paranaque, Metro Manila
Work setup & shift: WFH | Night shift

Your Role
- Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns via MailChimp
- Track and analyze marketing analytics to measure campaign performance
- Respond to leads and book discovery calls
- Support the VP of Marketing in executing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Report directly to the VP of Marketing
- Social media management; creating and posting social media posts (Platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram)
- Video Editing (editing 30-60-second short video reels for social media)
- Managing Facebook Ads
- Editing website via Wix as needed
- Editing flyers and other marketing materials via Canva as needed
Daily Workflow Would Look Something Like This
- Checking in with me via a meeting (reporting to me analytics and KPIs); they provide great results or provide their suggestions on how we can improve
- Then they check and answer emails
- Then they check we-connect to see if any leads are interested in booking a call; they book calls accordingly
- They start working on emails to send to our newsletter
- If they have time, they work on some social media posts; if there is no time, they do it the next day
- To wind down they watch a 30-minute Udemy course funded by TLA
- They finish the day by scheduling tomorrow’s tasks via ClickUp (our project management software)

What You Need:
Preferred Skills/experience
- Email Marketing skills
- Lead generation skills
- Social media management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
- IDEALLY video editing skills (but as we discussed, this may be another job position, however I would love to see if we can find someone who knows BASIC video editing skills)
Softwares
- Can work with Canva
- Can work with Wix
- Willing to learn ClickUp (project management software)
- Can work with MailChimp
- Willing to learn we-connect software and Sales Navigator
- Proficient in G-Suite
- ChatGPT
They don’t necessarily have to be an expert on any of these softwares but I would prefer someone who has at least some experience and has a basic understanding of how these websites work.
